The Saulteaux Healing and Wellness Centre is an outpatient facility located north of Kamsack, Saskatchewan on the Cote First Nation.  The organization serves the three First Nations - Key First Nation, Keeseekoose First Nation and the Cote First Nation.  Saulteaux Healing and Wellness Centre is a non profit corporation with the majority of its funding coming from Health Canada.

There are six board members - two from each First Nation.  At this time, the Chief and Portfolio Counselor for Health sit on the board; however, the Chiefs will be replaced by a community member who is appointed by the Chief and Council of the respective First Nation.
